HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages will be shipped by Royal Mail depending on the weight or size of the product and your location address.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our processing time is 2-3 working days, followed by a shipping period of 7-10 working days to the UK. During this time, your order status may indicate "waiting to receive parcel," which is completely normal. Once your parcel arrives in the UK, customs clearance typically takes 1-3 days, after which you'll receive a tracking update with Royal Mail. Delivery to your door is estimated within 1-2 days after tracking is updated.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors like weather conditions, flight delays, strikes, or holiday periods. We work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible because we want you to enjoy your new kicks without delay!

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

- A flat shipping rate of £12 within Europe, and
- £15 for Rest of the World.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
